The Pacific Marine Credit Union’s 10th Annual Turkey Trot is on its way! Named best Turkey Trot in the country by Runner’s World Magazine, this year’s event is predicted to be bigger and better than ever!
Every year for the last 10 years, Oceanside has had their famous annual Turkey Trot to raise money for local schools and non-profit organizations. With last year’s Trot bringing in over 10,000 runners and walkers, who helped raise more than $210,000, this year will hopefully bring out even more participants and donations.

The Oceanside Turkey Trot is much more than a running event
Turkey Trot activities include a costume contest with a $50 gift card prize to 333 Pacific Steak and Seafood to three lucky costume winners. Local bands and singers will be performing live. Souvenirs such as T-shirts, hats, medals and more are available for purchase and awarded to winners of games and raffles. Also, event special lodging packages are available for out of town participants.
Oceanside Turkey Trot Event Details:
This year’s event will take place on November 26, 2015, it is a 5 Mile or 5K run/walk. Race day registration starts at 6:00 am at The Civic Center in Oceanside. See our O’Side Turkey Trot 2015 Event Page for race specifics.
